Genoa Close To Palladino Signing
According to the Corriere della Sera, Genoa are close to signing Juventus forward Raffaele Palladino in a co-ownership deal worth €5.5m.
In total the 24-year-old made just 14 Serie A starts, and with increased competition now from Sebastian Giovinco and Amauri, it has been apparent for several weeks that he would be offloaded this summer.
The Corriere della Sera says that Genoa are in advanced negotiations for Palladino, and are close to agreeing on a co-ownership deal worth around €5.5m.
During discussions it has also been agreed that Matteo Paro and talented young defender Domenico Criscito will continue at Genoa next season.
Criscito joined the Rossoblu on loan in January after a miserable first half of the season with the Bianconeri, and impressed greatly at the Stadio Ferrrais, helping the club into a respectable mid-table Serie A finish.

I Can Be The New Nedved - Giovinco
Juventus starlet Sebastian Giovinco cannot wait to play for the Bianconeri next season even though he has not officially returned from his loan move to Empoli.
Juve are looking to take him back for next season as they try and base their squad around youth and experience.
However, the Old Lady still hasn’t officially brought the player home from his loan spell with the Empolesi but Giovinco is looking forward to the new season nevertheless.
“Nedved’s understudy? I can adapt to anything,” Giovinco told Radio Kiss Kiss.
“I have played as a winger or as a second striker so I am versatile.
“I’m looking forward to going back but nothing is official yet, we are still involved in talks but I haven’t received a call from Ranieri.”
Giovinco is one of Italy’s most promising talents and he has received constant attention from other clubs.
Palermo wanted him as part of the Amauri deal but Juve didn’t want to sell his rights to the Rosanero because they had expressed their desire to keep him for the new season ahead.

ReplyDeleteIt seems it's quite certain that Palla will be lent to either Genoa or Napoli on loan, coz newspapers in Torino have reported that Secco has gone to Genoa the day before yesterday to discuss the possible transfer....
ReplyDeleteSecco ~ what a piece of shxt!
Don't worry la!
