中秋食月餅/Let's eat Mooncakes!

咁快又一年喇, 下星期三又到中秋節喇...

每逢任何中國節日, 我阿媽都會自製應節食物, 今期佢又在屋企攪攪震喇 --- 整月餅是也!!! 今日放工返到屋企, 真係嚇壞, 全屋變晒佢成個地盤, 成枱月餅料同埋工具, 我估佢應該整左成個下午, 佢真係好神心整野食, 哈哈哈!

今日佢整嘅係傳統月餅, 我估計佢應該陸續有來, 伍仁、冰皮........我阿媽今日整月餅嘅成果就在此喇......(相在下面)...我阿媽整嘅月餅賣相ok嗎? 我頭先食左一個, 味道都ok!!  佢今日整嘅係迷你月餅, 每個內裡有半個蛋黃的。

Time flies, and next Wednesday we're gonna celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival again... 

Whenever a traditional Chinese festival is coming, it means it's my mom's SHOW TIME!!!  She loves cooking and making pastries too much that each time she will make the traditional food/pastries all by herself. This evening when I came home from work, I was "shocked" by the conditions of our house --- she's made the house such a big mess! 

Let's have a look at the result of her work today....BTW, how do her mooncakes look like? OK? I have had one and it tasted pretty well!! I can forsee that tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow, she's gonna make frozen mooncakes and other types of mooncakes..... that means more mess of the house is predictable! haha.

These are mini-mooncakes (smaller than normal ones, with half egg yolk in each mooncake).
